Mission Statement:

"We are HARtillery! We have Heart! AIM HIGHER!"

We are a group of students and working people located in Harrisburg, PA who just happen to be Artists, Musicians, Writers, Programmers and Film Makers. Our membership includes people looking for a second chance at life through creativity after hardship to grow again, and look past our previous histories and aim higher!

Our Rules, plain and simple:

1. We don't bring up other's pasts.
2. We will not haze or harm others or each other.
3. We will love one another.
4. We will work to bring each other's dreams to life. We will not be lazy and let dreams die.
5. We will support Film, Game, and other creative festivals where we can.
6. We will train each other and develop standards using KAIZEN methods.
7. We will exceed expectations, where we can.
8. We use legally acquired software.
9. Be determined.

Recruitment:

Our recruitment criteria:

1. Recruitment is open and does not discriminate on the basis of Sex or Color.
2. NOT be a member of a subversive group anti-thetical to HARtillery, established or temporary.
3. Must be over 21 years of age or enrolled in college. (We use CHECKr)
4. Must have their own webdomain with email service (we can help you with this).
5. Have a letter of introduction from a current member OR a written letter from yourself on why you should be allowed to join our group (You will be judged on your writing as well as its content).
6. If all above is satisfied, we'll ask for an interview.
